Looking for an easy and delicious white chocolate mousse?  Just add powder to thickened/heavy whipping cream and whip. It is useful in making parfaits, filling cream puffs and filling between layers of a cake.  Standard ratio is 3ml cream per gram of powder.  Add powder to cream and whip on LOW 1 minute until dissolved. Scrape down the bowl and whip 2-3 minutes on Medium until peaks form. Do not overwhip. Chill 2 hours before using.
