BackVinegar BBQ Rub

Ingredients: Paprika, Chili Cayenne, Black Pepper, Dark Chili Powder, Cumin, Brown Sugar, Salt, Vinegar.

BBQ without brown sugar and vinegar is just, well, a little sad.  This type of sauce is popular in "the South", in particular North Carolina. You can use as a dry rub prior to BBQ your meat for a tangy kick.  Especially yummy with pulled pork. 

TIP: Why not try making your own BBQ sauce:  Stir a couple of tablespoons of brown sugar into boiling water until dissolved. Pour in about a cup of Apple Cider Vinegar and two tablespoons of PINCH Vinegar BBQ rub.  Cook on low for about 10 mins.  It will thicken a bit, but this sauce is meant to be a bit thin.  I prefer my BBQ a little thicker so I normally add a tablespoon of corn starch to a little cold water to thicken it up.
