BackHunter Valley Rub

Ingredients: Sun Dried Tomatoes, Rosemary, Lemon Peel, Fennel, Black Pepper, Chili, Garlic, Citric Acid, Sea Salt

First time I tried this rub was in the wine country, sitting outdoors, surveying the vines with a great glass of Chardonnay.  Its fragrance and flavour is very warm, welcoming, and yet sophisticated.   We aren't supposed to have favourites, but this is it.

Use this unique blend as a dry rub for pork, steak, chicken, or lamb. It has a very well balanced flavour profile that is sure to bring out the best in your favourite cut of meat.
